SAFRA Punggol abuzz with activities and fun
It’s a full day of laughter and family fun last Sunday, 24 April 2016, when members of the public visited SAFRA Punggol's soft opening. SAFRA’s newest club aims to serve some 80,000 NSmen and their families in the North-East region of Singapore. Featuring fitness and leisure facilities such as a gym, bowling alley, karaoke outlet, various F&B options and family amenities, including a sprawling indoor water playground, this brand new club is definitely an ideal destination to have fun and unwind!

An outdoor sports and nature haven
Conveniently located beside Sam Kee LRT station and just a 6-minute walk from Punggol MRT station, SAFRA Punggol leverages on its proximity to Punggol Waterway Park and opens up a full spectrum of outdoor activities where NSmen and their families can bond. This is also the first club to have a bicycle rental kiosk along the Park Connector Network (PCN). You can basically rent a bike, cycle all the way to East Coast Park and return the bike there at any PCN kiosks along the Eastern Coastal Loop! How convenient!
Just a stone’s throw away from the club will be the upcoming Punggol Regional Sports Centre. Once completed, SAFRA members will have convenient and direct access to its swimming pools and a host of other sports facilities.
Students from StepUp Learning and Dance
At the heart of the atrium, students from StepUp Learning and Dance took to the stage with a series of performances in various genres of dance including Hip Hop, Ballet and Jazz. Students of other SAFRA Punggol tenants such as Yamaha Music also showcased their talents with performances the entire day.

Carnival activities under the Gazebo
There were also many exciting carnival activities at SAFRA Punggol during its soft opening. For the artistically-inclined, there were design booths like 3D craft, sand art, balloon sculpting, face painting and terrarium workshop. The foodies enjoyed munching on churros, Thai ice-cream, truffle fries, popcorn and candy floss. The Giant Jenga, Archery Tag, i darts and trampoline booths also brought much joy to NSmen and families.
