Taiji (4 lessons)

Taiji is an ancient Chinese tradition practised as a graceful form of exercise today. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow and focused manner accompanied by deep breathing. If you're looking for a way to reduce stress, consider taiji. Originally developed for self-defense, taiji has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions.
