Established in 2013, Yoga Inc. is a boutique yoga studio that offers a variety of yoga classes such as hot yoga and prenatal yoga.

The studio is also an international Yoga Alliance accredited yoga school and classes are run by a team of qualified and experienced local teachers.

 

Pilates

This workout involves controlled resistance exercises designed to strengthen and stretch muscles, open up the joints and create a strong core (lower, deeper abdominal and mid-back muscles).

Get active and have lots of fun at the Singapore’s superlative Tae Kwon Do School – Taekwondonomics!

Participants will be led by a team of full-fledged World Class trainers and National Athletics, where you will learn techniques on self defence through this trial class!

Taekwondonomics is affiliated to Singapore Tae Kwon Do Federation, Singapore Olympic Council and is also recognized by Sport Singapore! The trail class caters to various age groups ranging from 5 years old to above 50 years old.

Get your heart thumping with Zumba Fitness, designed to sweat it out through a combination of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party!

Zumba Fitness is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility and boosted energy!

 

FIGHT DO®

Time: 10.30am - 11.15am

FIGHT DO® is a fitness program combining the very best of Boxing and Martial Arts, where you will be trained in an actual fight with one or more opponents.

Employing punches, kicks, blocks and sometimes even a skipping rope, FIGHT DO® provides a fun and effective exercise using simple, dynamic and exciting choreography.

Participants in FIGHT DO® have the potential to lose between 600 - 800 calories per session. Now that’s worth 'fighting' for!

 

Piloxing

Piloxing
Venue: SAFRA Punggol, Level 2, Courtyard
Time: 11.30am - 12.15pm

Piloxing is a high energy interval workout combining Pilates, Boxing and dance! This high energy workout can bring you the benefits of muscle sculpting from standing Pilates, strengthening and cardio boxing and the fun of dance.

 

Jumping ® Fitness

Time: Session 1 (Parent & Child): 9.30am - 10.15am
Session 2 (Child only): 10.30am - 11.15am
Session 3 (Parent & Child): 11.30am - 12.15pm

*Suitable for child age 4 years old and above.

Jumping ® Fitness helmed by Jumping ® Singapore, is a fun and revitalizing workout that comprises of a combination of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and “power sports” elements. The complexity of the exercises guarantees that the whole body is exercised, toned and strengthened.

Jumping ® Singapore is a Social Enterprise Initiative of New Hope Community Services, a Charity that provides shelters for poor and homeless Singaporeans since 2004. All revenue generated through our business activities are channelled to fund the social programs of the Charity. We sell premium mini trampolines, conduct Jumping ® Fitness classes and organize fitness events. When you jump with us, you are participating in an excellent full-body exercise program and helping the poor at the same time.

Maximum capacity of 15 participants per session.

 

Kayaking Fun

Venue: Punggol Waterway Park (Accessible via SAFRA Punggol, Level 1)
Time: Session 1: 9.30am - 10.15am
Session 2: 10.30am - 11.15am
Session 3: 1130am - 12.15pm

*Suitable for child age 6 years old and above.

Paddles up and ready to row! Take your fitness adventure up a notch at our kayaking activity, guided by certified instructors and safety personnel deployed along the designated kayaking route.

Maximum capacity of 50 participants per session.
